Gorgeous Gooseberries

First load of gooseberries harvested. Hands and arms lacerated but it will be worth it...I'm thinking, maybe, gooseberry chutney with caramalised shallots and elderberry vinegar.

Stig fights his inner Labrador and refuses to eat a gooseberry.
